We ask all vendors that will be participanting this year to please fill out the pre registration form and also sign and mail in the forms along with payment form to be filled out and returned back to Ed Tyler the Committee Chair by May 2nd, 2026. Vendor Contract Agreement Information
Eligible vendors must be approved by Laingsburg Springtime Festival Arts and Crafts Committee Chair. Booth Fee: $30.00 per each for a 12 x 12 space and you understand that it is your responsibility to provide your own tent, weights to hold tent in place, tables, chairs, trailer, display items, electricity and extensions cords needed for your area.
The vendor agrees to be an Arts & Crafts vendor at 2026 Laingsburg Springtime Festival in the area assigned to me. A full payment for the total booth fee and photos of items to be sold are due to Laingsburg Springtime Festival Arts and Crafts Committee Chair at the time the space is reserved.
Any cancellation before or after May 2, 2026 will result in 100% forfeiture of rental fees.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Laingsburg Lions Club, The Laingsburg Springtime Festival Committee and City of Laingsburg and the staff and boards of these organizations against any claim or action of any cause. Security for the area is provided by Laingsburg City Police, however, neither the City of Laingsburg or Laingsburg Lions Club and The Laingsburg Springtime Festival are liable for loss, theft, or damage.
I will submit a list of items to be sold and four (4) photos of my work or booth to the Laingsburg Springtime Festival Arts and Craft Committee Chair for consideration. Please circle any items that are primary or essential to your business.
The Laingsburg Springtime Festival Arts and Craft Committee Chair reserves the right to restrict vendors and items to prevent the excessive repetition of items sold and also reserves the right to reject any vendors who misrepresent their work in photos.
Notification letters will be mailed along with photos and un-deposited checks of vendors who are not accepted to the festival.
All vendors with tents must use weights to hold down tent from blowing away or getting damage. You can’t use stacks at all on facility grounds!
I understand that The Laingsburg Springtime Festival Arts and Craft Committee Chair has the right to refuse rental or booth space for any reason.
I understand that vendors who have exhibited at past fairs are not pre-juried for this one.
I understand I am responsible for charging and paying state taxes.
I understand that I must abide by the following set up time constraints:
Set up: Friday, May 22, 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm & Saturday, May 23, 7am to 10am.
No vehicles are allowed on site after 8:00 pm Friday. Please remove your vehicle by this time.
I understand that it is my responsibility to return the area in and around my booth to the same or better condition than when I arrived.
Any violation of this agreement will permit the immediate termination of this agreement and forfeiture of any booth rental fees. Laingsburg Springtime Festival Arts and Crafts Committee and Committee Chair reserves the right to ask any vendor to leave the premises if this contract is violated by the vendor.
In the pre-registration form listed above we forgot to add the part that we would like you to also send us pictures of your products that you sell so can you please email to us your pictures to Ed Tyler at laingsburglionsartsandcrafts@gmail.com Committee Chair. This will also help speed up the approval process.
